Jerry C. Hubbell is a locally renowned speaker and financial educator within the financial services industry in Northern Michigan with over 30 years of experience. He is one of the founders and President of Senior Advisors of Northern Michigan, Inc., an Insurance Agency. Jerry is an (IAR) Investment Advisor Representative with Financial Planning Consultants of Northern Michigan, a Registered Investment Advisor. He is also the president and owner.

His expertise is helping retirees, and those soon to retire avoid common, costly financial mistakes. His primary focus is always to enhance and ultimately preserve both his clients’ wealth and their estates within each individual situation.

Jerry has advised hundreds of retirees and preretirees, including past employees of General Motors, Ford, Dow, Chrysler, State of Michigan, Federal, and many others. With many years of experience, knowledge, and dedication to serving the needs of retirees, Jerry is the perfect planner for those seeking solid counseling, and total financial planning.

He utilizes the latest estate planning and investment techniques to design and implement personalized plans that will reduce financial risk, lower taxes, avoid probate and protect assets from expensive nursing home costs. Jerry is a Vietnam Veteran, a life member and past commander of the VFW and Amvets. He is also a charter member of the American Legion Post 350.

He is a past chairman of the Veterans Affairs Committee, and past member of the Michigan Veterans Trust Fund Board; both for Antrim County. He has served on the local honor guard for many years performing military ceremonies and burials as their bugler.

Jerry lives in the Elk Rapids area with his wife Toni. They are proud parents of two children; Joe and Diana and three grandsons; Carson, Cole and Cameron.
